«And now what do we do Sparks?. Matteo Lecci Matteo Lecci

That question should be answered by us, better still it should be answered by the political leaders that we have who allow, if not encourage, something as absurd for a society as having wars in the 21st century.
I think the description of the painting is unnecessary, it speaks for itself about the absurdity of war. Rather than transcribing what is seen in the scene, I would prefer to transcribe what the child whispers to his bear between sobs:
«And now, what do we do Sparks? I'm afraid. Shall we wait together for someone to come? Maybe some good person can help us; but you can't see anyone, you can't hear anything, just the noise of those planes. You could stay with her while I look for help, but I don't want anything to happen to you, if I come back and you're not there… Then I will be alone. Don't worry, Sparks, don't worry, don't be sad, I'm not going to abandon you like they abandoned us. Us, I will always be with you to hug you like now. Everything will be fine Sparks, if we close our eyes and sing our song everything will be fine.

This work represents a tribute and my most sincere forgiveness to all the boys and girls whose childhood has been taken away from them by war and the rest of their lives mortgaged. Sorry.
